Apple Season Upstate

One dewey morning i woke up, hopped in my 1990 silver Mazda Miata and decided to just drive somewhere new. I was living in Syracuse NY at the time, and had just learned how to drive manual 2 seasons ago. A buddy had sold me his starter car (which was another Miata) and taught me the basics for some cash and a copious amount of marijuana (Thank you Joe!). As soon is I turned the keys and shifted my way to 5th for the first time, I was completely hooked. It made going to work, going to parties, running errands, getting groceries, hell, even going to the hospital more exciting and fun! This early spring morning was no different.

I went and picked up my friend Vincent who was in town and off we went with the top down headed into the countryside, taking the turns as they come.

We’d take turns picking directions, and about an hour in we stumbled upon an apple orchard. Apparently apple season was in full swing!

They all looked so good, with that layer of morning dew still on them. I had to take these pictures! I also bought quite a few bags. As much as would fit in the trunk of the Miata, which was actually quite a bit!
